Manohar Lal Khattar, Haryana’s first BJP CM
First-time Bharatiya Janata Party legislator and Rashtriya
Swayamsevak Sangh activist Manohar Lal Khattar will be
Haryana’s new chief minister. He won the Karnal seat by more
than 63,000 votes in the October 15 assembly election.
Khattar had blamed women for India’s rising number of rapes
during his election campaign and is vocal about his support for
